Job Summary
The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting daily administrative and operational functions, including reviewing customer accounts, managing billing information, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and effective communication skills to ensure efficient and accurate business operations.
Job Responsibilities


  • Review and maintain customer accounts, billing status, and related documentation
  • Perform data entry and update records accurately and in a timely manner
  • Communicate with customers via phone or email to follow up on inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • File and organize documents to ensure easy access and compliance with company standards
  • Support daily operational workflows and assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient office operations


Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong computer and administrative skills


Work Schedule

  • Full-time, on-site position
  • Monday through Friday schedule
