Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Responsible for executing processes in lead generation and prospecting
  • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure data integrity in Customer Resource Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Support tradeshow creativities, schedules, travel/logistics while maintaining budget
  • Collaborate with external sales representatives, monitor activity and commission
  • Create, compile and analyze customer and industry trends using CRM and ERP data
  • Assist in coordination of sales initiatives, e-mail campaigning, website and advertising
  • Prepare sales and marketing documentation, reports and metrics for internal and external personnel

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION



  • 4-year degree in business, marketing or relevant field (preferred)
  • Successful work experience as a sales associate, marketing assistant or similar position
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience
