Traveling Regional Manager

For over 30 years, Sun Loan Company has been a trusted financial resource in over 200 communities, across seven states in the US, and seven locations in Mexico.

As a Traveling Regional Manager, you will provide assistance to the Regional Managers and Sun Loan Operations as needed. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Assistance in developing overall strategy and meet established goals in profit, growth, control, ancillary products.
• Assistance in P & L management for several store locations through monitoring of current sales, expenses, store labor costs and inventory control.
• Evaluating and disseminating data for strategic gain.
• Analyzing operational and financial reports and coach District Managers toward improving profitability in stores.
• Performing regular in-person visits throughout Sun Loan to oversee office lending and collections practices in accordance with local, state, federal laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion opportunities.

*** To be considered, candidate must reside in one of the states where Sun Loan is located - TX, OK, MO, IL, TN, AL, NM, NV - travel can include traveling/assisting in any of these states

Requirements for Regional Manager:

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university or equivalent industry-related experience
• 3-5 years' experience in a multi-management role preferably within the consumer loan or banking
• Willing to travel up to 100% and relocate based on company needs.
• Must be willing and able to fly for meetings, conferences, etc.
• Proven record of excellent leadership skills
