To provide legal counsel and advice to the corporation and its subsidiaries to ensure their effective operation in accordance with federal, state, local and/or international laws. Minimum Qualifications: Juris Doctorate Degree from an A.B.A accredited law school and admission to the bar. At least six (6) years of experience and demonstrated competence as a practicing attorney in relevant area of law. Superior academic record. Ability to determine appropriateness of settlement or litigation. Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, human relations and communications skills. Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of broad securities and corporate law practice; background in Securities Exchange Act of 1934 reporting, corporate governance, and stock exchange listing standard compliance. Experience in corporate finance and compliance. Ability to understand and resolve complex legal issues. Strong communications skills. Organizational; time management skills; strong initiative. Experience in ESG reporting and reporting standards. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
