The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and evolving a robust enablement ecosystem across the Pool Solutions division. This individual will lead the development of comprehensive learning paths tailored to sales roles and experience levels, ensuring all internal sellers and leaders are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to drive performance across all three customer segments: Pro Dealer, Mass Retail, and Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Enablement & Development

  • Deliver both in-person and virtual training courses on Solenis' core sales methodology (NDS), pool chemistry, and product knowledge.

  • Establish a consistent cadence of training courses for both new hires and the existing sales team across all segments.

  • Create structured, role-based learning paths for internal sellers and leaders that evolve with tenure, performance, and business needs.

  • Obtain certification in Need Discovery Selling (NDS) and develop a training roadmap to embed the methodology across the sales organization.

Onboarding & New Hire Learning

  • Design and execute a scalable, customized learning path based on role, tenure, and experience.

  • Utilize existing and future Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure content is accessible, measurable, and engaging.

  • Build checklists, system guides, and internal connections to streamline Day 1 through Day 90 onboarding.

Content Creation & Delivery

  • Partner with the Communications Manager and product teams to develop relevant and engaging content, including videos, one-pagers, decks, and hands-on workshops.

  • Introduce modern learning tools and technologies to support diverse learning modalities.

  • Develop reinforcement strategies for long-term retention of sales, product, and chemistry knowledge.

System & Tool Integration

  • Work with the Salesforce.com team to embed enablement tools, prompts, and NDS methodology into SFDC workflows.

  • Support content and learning around loyalty programs (e.g., Pro Dealer), clearly articulating value and differentiation.

  • Ensure systems-related enablement is aligned with day-to-day seller tasks and is easy to consume.

Gap Identification & Continuous Improvement

  • Audit existing materials, LMS content, and field feedback in partnership with our Training Manager to identify enablement gaps or inconsistencies.

  • Design and maintain a dynamic enablement roadmap aligned with business goals and seller feedback.

  • Track effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback loops, and enablement KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or similar role (preferably in B2B or manufacturing environments)

  • 5+ years of in-person and/or virtual training

  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling enablement programs

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and sales methodologies

  • Proficient in Salesforce.com and learning platforms

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and instructional design skills

  • Strong collaboration and project management capabilities

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in pool, water treatment, chemical, or industrial sales

  • Prior use of AI-driven coaching or enablement tools

  • Experience leading initiatives across multi-tiered sales teams (inside/outside, field, leadership)

The expected compensation range for this position is between $83,500.00 and $139,100.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
