Where you'll be working...

Ability to adhere to a hybrid schedule in office that includes assigned office days (VVO in office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

What you'll be doing...

Leading Verizon Value supply chain for CRO and partner with Demand Planning, subsidy, brand, and distribution. Enhancing the CPFR process by establishing reporting and weekly readouts on inventory levels, weeks of supply, OEM constraints, etc. Representing Value business interests with Supply Chain/Demand Planning as a liaison and partner together on Supply Chain initiatives. Leading and enhancing the forecasting process between distribution and Demand Planning. Being responsible for inventory allocation process internally and providing recommendations based on business needs.

  • Leading excess inventory pricing scenarios within CRO and proactively plan for retailer returns and inventory implications.

  • Consulting with Logistics and Supply Chain on optimal fulfillment, kitting, and inventory management.

  • Evaluating packaging alternatives with marketing and brand for cost efficiencies.

  • Proactively identifying possible scenarios, risks and opportunities around business performance by partnering with OEMs, brand, and sales.

  • Communicating with partners in a clear and concise manner.

What we're looking for...

You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where different challenges pop up all the time. Using your sound judgment, you quickly grasp the details of a situation and know just the right next step. People trust you - you build relationships and credibility quickly. You're a great teammate but can also work independently. And you enjoy multitasking and managing your time effectively to get everything done.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Experience managing large complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders.

  • Project Management experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and G-suite.

  • Experience managing and influencing client relationships at the senior executive level.

  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and cultivating cross functional partnerships.

  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Experience presenting findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).

  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A Master's degree (MBA preferred).

  • Ability to think strategically and analytically.

  • Excellent organization and time management skills.

  • An eye for detail and creativity and a passion for high quality output.

  • Strong project management skills, multitasking is vital to success.

  • Ability to present and interact with all levels of management.

  • Impeccable managerial skills, excellent communication skills and an executive presence.

  • The ability to influence without direct authority.

  • Understanding of Verizon internal systems.

Depending on the role, employees have the opportunity to receive compensation in the form of premium pay such as overtime, shift differential, holiday pay, allowances, etc. Newly hired employees receive up to 15 days of vacation per year, which grows with additional service. For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $104,500.00 - $200,000.00.
