Job Summary We're seeking a hands-on, energetic Executive Chef to lead a dynamic, high-volume food operation that includes four fraternities, large-scale catering, a food truck, VIP suites and concessions at the football stadium, and a new student center cafe and kitchen currently under construction. This role offers the opportunity to shape diverse culinary experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and team performance. The typical schedule is 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including some weekends. Key Responsibilities Lead daily kitchen operations across multiple food service outlets Plan and execute diverse menus in line with company and client standards Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control Train and manage kitchen staff on food prep, safety, and sanitation Enforce cleaning and maintenance routines for all kitchen areas Maintain inventory and order supplies within budget guidelines Properly manage leftover food per company policy Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training programs Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of progressive kitchen leadership experience Strong background in catering and high-volume operations Experience with institutional/batch cooking and stadium-style service Proficient in Microsoft Office and kitchen technology tools ServSafe certification preferred Strong focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction Apply to Bon Appetit today!
