JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Smeal College of Business, Marketing Department is seeking applicants for part-time job of teaching assistant for Marketing 422 Advertising and Sales Promotion Management fall 2025.

Job duties to include:

  • Grade homework and other assignments
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to the course
  • Must be available to attend some classes on Monday/Wednesday/Friday 11:15-12:05 in the Business building during the fall semester.
  • Approximately 5 hours of work per week during the fall semester

Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies:

  • Teaching Assistant must have earned an "A" or "A-" in MKTG 422 Advertising and Sales Promotion Management.
  • Academic integrity and the ability to maintain student confidentiality is required.
  • Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, be reliable and organized, and have good time management skills.
