Job Title: Part-Time Inside Sales & Customer Retention Representative (Outbound) Location: Orem, UT Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-7:00 PM MST \| Optional Saturdays available Pay: $18/hr base + bonus potential \| Commission earned during temp period paid as signing bonus upon permanent hire Start Date: July 2025 Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (Conversion expected in 90 days or less) Join a Growing Team in a High-Energy, Customer-First Environment! We're hiring multiple part-time Inside Sales Representatives to join our expanding customer success and outbound sales team. As a leader in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services throughout Utah, we're scaling from a small 3-person unit to a 15-person powerhouse-and looking for 8-10 enthusiastic individuals to be part of this exciting growth phase. This is a rare chance to get in early with a company that values initiative, collaboration, and fun. You'll begin at our Provo office and transition with the team to our newly built, modern Orem headquarters this June-complete with amenities like a sports court and sauna. Key Responsibilities: Place outbound calls to existing customers-no cold calling! Help clients schedule maintenance appointments and explore upgrade options. Use cloud-based software to manage workflows, track outcomes, and stay organized. Hit realistic performance goals and unlock monthly bonus opportunities.
