We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager, Corporate Functions, to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will play a critical role in driving functional performance at Pentair through progressive talent and culture practices as the strategic HR advisor to the Supply & Operations and Legal leadership and their teams. The role provides comprehensive HR business partner support in a variety of areas, including leadership coaching, organizational design, change management, engagement, talent management and development, talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations and compliance.

You will:

  • Develop HR strategies to support the organization's goals by translating business vision into HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leaders on talent management and development initiatives to attract, develop and retain high-performing talent.
  • Proactively coach leaders on performance management, employee development, talent planning and engagement
  • Support and guide organizational design activities to streamline and implement new organization structures, roles and/or processes that enhance speed and efficiency throughout the organization.
  • Support annual cyclical processes including goal setting, performance management and compensation planning.
  • Assist in recruitment activities to drive talent acquisition processes.
  • Resolve employee relations issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of progressive professional HR experience, previous Human Resources Business Partner experience preferred.
  • Able to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
  • Be willing to challenge the status quo and able to influence senior leaders.
  • Strong business acumen and an analytical mindset
  • Be results-oriented with proven ability to follow through while handling multiple and competing priorities.
  • Be an excellent communicator, with the ability to drive change within various levels of the organization through influence.
  • Experience in company culture development and management

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $110700 - $205600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with a demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
