Counter Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the Will Call counter in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide product and service information
• Handle basic sales transactions and process invoices accurately
• Respond to inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and order status
• Receive incoming parts shipments; inspect, label, and store them properly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts room
• Assist with rental order coordination, including documentation and parts tracking
• Support shipping and receiving operations, including preparing orders for delivery or pickup
• Work closely with warehouse and service team to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred
• Familiarity with parts, equipment, or tools used in the oil and gas industry a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in basic computer systems and inventory management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain one

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Primarily onsite in a parts room or warehouse setting
• Standard business hours with occasional overtime or weekend shifts as needed
