POSITION OVERVIEW Working within the Marketing Team and reporting to the VP, Customer Acquisition, you will provide the crucial support required for flawless and timely implementation of our online and offline campaigns. You will work closely with other marketing team members, media vendors, global partners, and network partners, providing support on various projects including but not limited to Paid Search, Search Engine Optimization, Direct Mail, Advertising, as well as reporting. Department: Marketing Reports to: VP, Customer Acquisition Hybrid: 2 days of week in Somerset, NJ office
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the implementation of marketing and communications campaigns and initiatives, working alongside internal and external stakeholders.
- Support campaigns across search engine marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization as well as digital reporting
- Partner to implement sizeable direct mail program, including oversight of creative execution, testing and reporting
- Support the marketing activities by way of campaign asset collation & distribution, managing campaign targeting lists, coordinate with media agencies and vendor outlets to ensure the timely and efficient execution.
- Act as a quality assurance medium for all planned acquisition marketing activities.
- Prepare reporting on campaign performance.
- Conduct research and maintain awareness of the most recent marketing trends and emerging technologies
- Review campaigns and identify optimization opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, or related field)
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast paced, dynamic marketing environment

- Basic knowhow of online campaigns set up for various online channels like Facebook & Google, as well as performance metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, sessions, unique users and such.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Champion the brand internally and externally.
- Above average written, verbal and presentation skills.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with project management tools and reporting dashboards
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Word Press.
- Working knowledge of content optimization.
- Experience with AI marketing tools
- Experience in working with or for advertising, communications and media agencies
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Looker,

The salary range for this role 65k-85k/year (depending on experience). Benefits:
