Your Impact
In this role, you will execute specific aspects of our Firm's Client and Regulatory Compliance - Trade and USD program at both individual and institutional levels.
You will assist with developing and refining the operational framework for key workstreams related to USD (a separate environment for the Aerospace & Defense practice to manage client sensitive and export-controlled information), Insider Risk in USD, and Aerospace & Defense (A&D) facility clearances. You will Independently assist with complex key processes, delivering results in the following dimensions: track implementation of USD and Insider Risk, actively contribute to selected initiatives, prepare USD Leadership calls, provide USD and Insider Risk's ad-hoc leadership support, apply and share best USD practices, contribute to Client and Regulatory Compliance including USD compliance operations, and assist with A&D facility clearances. You will be responsible for executing activities, producing well-organized and accurate deliverables, flagging and identifying issues, and suggesting and implementing basic resolutions as needed. You will also support continuous improvements to our Client and Regulatory Compliance - Trade and USD program and implement enhancements to our technology and analytical capabilities to ensure greater visibility in our internal data.
As a member of the Client and Regulatory Compliance - Trade and USD program and E&C function, you will be expected to be a contributor and thought partner within the function, in addition to supporting key organizational, operational, or strategic initiatives, as relevant.
You will be based in the United States and must attest you are a US-Person (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for U.S. permanent residence, or person granted U.S. asylum or refugee status)and be part of the Client and Regulatory Compliance - Trade and USD team. This team helps play a critical role in sustaining and evolving our E&C program and upholding our commitment to integrity and lawful practices.

Your qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in information security a plus
  • 3+ years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a related function
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to progress on ambiguous problems and see them through to resolution
  • Builds trust-based relationships with key leaders within and outside of the team; collaborates generously with others and is sought after as a key thought partner
  • Exhibits highest levels of discretion and judgment in safeguarding confidential materials

  • Strong analytical, issue-spotting and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to handle complex, sensitive issues
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment and able to manage ambiguity with confidence

  • Excellent research techniques, accessing regionally relevant public records, and wider online research
  • Proficient and preferably advanced knowledge of, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), CMS a plus
  • Fluent English written and oral communication skills, including clear and concise writing and editorial skills and excellent listening skills

to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current

and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
