Available Shift Schedules

• 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2 PM
• 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2 PM - 10 PM
• 3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 10 PM - 6 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Execute detailed assembly instructions, processes, and standard operating procedures
• Conduct performance testing of heat exchangers
• Build and pack shipping crates for finished products
• Install grommets and assemble fans, belts, motors, and other mechanical components
• Operate forklifts and power tools safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and quality standards
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use proper PPE
• Possible travel for select domestic or international projects

Job Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical work environment
• Skills: Proficient with hand/power tools; certified or able to operate a forklift; strong attention to detail
• Physical: Able to lift up to 50lbs, work in high heat conditions, and stand for extended periods
