Position Requirements

Education | Experience | Skillset

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of related experience (manufacturing/machine operation)
• Proficient in basic math, including the use of calipers, tape measures, and micrometers
• Ability to read and interpret job specs, blueprints, and work orders
• Basic computer proficiency for clocking in/out and referencing job details
• Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and effective written/verbal English communication

Preferred

• Familiarity with Epicor or similar ERP systems (ADP)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing practices

Physical & Skill Requirements

• Stand on concrete surfaces for long periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work with paints, oils, and solvents in varying temperatures (especially summer heat)
• Wear all required PPE at all times

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate tube-machining equipment (including RTTS and aluminum tube machines)
• Assemble and inspect metal tubes and components with precision for quality compliance
• Conduct light routine maintenance on machines for peak performance
• Assist and train new team members in machine operation
• Follow all work instructions, operational, and safety protocols to maintain a secure workplace
• Support other production and manufacturing operations as needed
• Potential for domestic or international travel based on project needs (some weekends may be required)

Shift Options & Pay Information

• 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2 PM
• 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2 PM - 10 PM
• 3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 10 PM - 6 AM
• Pay: $21+ per hour (Depending on experience)
