Production (Lean) Supervisor - Assembly

We are seeking a proactive and
hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the shop
floor. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of lean
manufacturing principles and a passion for continuous improvement. The Production
Supervisor will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be
responsible for coordinating production activities, supporting team
performance, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Key Tasks
Promote and maintain a safe working environment in
compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Supervise and support production team members in
areas such as attendance, training, task execution, and employee
relations.
Coordinate daily production activities to meet output
targets and quality standards.
Monitor material flow to ensure timely availability
of parts and supplies.
Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on
efficiency, waste reduction, and product quality.
Participate in daily and weekly production meetings
to communicate priorities and resolve issues.
Ensure production processes follow lean manufacturing
principles and standard work practices.
Support compliance with site rules, regulations, and
policies.
Perform other duties as assigned to support
operational goals.

Your Background
Bachelor's degree in industrial management,
Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred;
equivalent experience may be considered.
Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing
environment.
Demonstrated experience in team supervision or
frontline leadership.
Familiarity with visual management tools
and production tracking systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to work
collaboratively across teams.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines
in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information
Salary: Hourly rate of $30.00-40.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm with OT possibilities.
Vacation or PTO: Bi-weekly accrual of PTO adding up to 136 hours in the calendar year.
Sick Time: Per Washington State law, one hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked, with the ability to roll over up to 40 hours into the next year.
