Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to provide strategic and operational leadership for a large-scale, multi-domain Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting specialized government missions. The PM serves as the central point of contact between government leadership and company stakeholders, with full responsibility for contract execution, compliance, and performance across all task orders. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and program management expertise.

This role will involve the following tasks:



  • Program Execution & Oversight

    • Lead the full lifecycle of program execution across a complex portfolio of task orders.
    • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and compliance with all contract terms.
    • Identify, track, and resolve any performance or compliance issues proactively.


  • Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

    • Serve as the primary liaison with government personnel, ensuring alignment between operational objectives and contractual requirements.
    • Represent company leadership in all contract-related discussions, briefings, and issue resolution.


  • Operational Leadership

    • Oversee technical and managerial execution of a broad range of services, including training, engineering, administrative, and intelligence-related support.
    • Coordinate internal resources and subcontractors to meet program milestones and mission needs.
    • Ensure proper staffing, performance monitoring, and contract reporting.


  • Team Management

    • Direct and mentor a geographically dispersed workforce and project leadership team.
    • Ensure all personnel are appropriately cleared, trained, and equipped to meet evolving requirements.
    • Monitor and evaluate task order performance to ensure excellence in service delivery.


  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement

    • Maintain visibility on performance metrics and deliverables across the program.
    • Drive continuous process improvements and identify opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
    • Deliver regular program status updates and risk mitigation strategies to internal and external stakeholders.



Job Requirements

Required Experience



  • 10 years total experience in USSOCOM assigned organizations, as military, Government civilian, or contractor


  • 5 years' Program Management experience on a DoD Contract, ongoing or ending within the last 12 months
  • Prior Special Operations Experience at the Strategic/Operational Staff Level.



Required Education



  • Master's degree in Program Management or any Business-related field - OR - Graduate of a US Military War College that issues a master's Certificate and an additional 5 years' (10 years' total) experience in Program Management - OR - any bachelor's degree and an additional 5 years' (total of 15 years) experience in USSOCOM assigned organizations, as military, Government civilian, or contractor
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III PM certification - OR - an additional 5 years (total of 10 years) Program Management experience on a DoD Contract
  • War College or Senior Enlisted Academy Graduate. i.e., The Joint Special Operations Forces Senior Enlisted Academy (JSOFSEA), US Army Sergeants Major Academy (USASMA), US Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (SEA), Air Force Senior Enlisted Academy (AFSNCOA).



Clearance Requirement



  • Top Secret required; SCI eligible on day 1 of award
