Position Title: Inside Sales Representative Pay: $60,000/year + Commissions Shift: 1st Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm Location: Corporate Woods (Overland Park, KS) Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our client that serves the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry in Corporate Woods. This role is responsible for generating new business, handling inbound and outbound calls, educating prospects on insurance products, and providing quotes and policy support. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and preferably experience in insurance or a related field. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients - Educate potential customers on P&C insurance products, including homeowners, renters, auto, and liability policies - Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance quotes and coverage recommendations - Follow up on leads, nurture client relationships, and close sales - Maintain accurate records in CRM and policy management systems - Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance targets - Coordinate with underwriters and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction - Stay up to date on product offerings, pricing changes, and industry regulations Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Comfortable using CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) - Goal-oriented, organized, and self-motivated IND137 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
