QA Lab Technician

Advantage xPO is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician in Roswell, GA, to support research and development activities in a dynamic laboratory setting. This position involves hands-on testing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a professional R&E environment.

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

• Perform testing on materials and products
• Conduct physical testing of R&D samples (e.g., tensile testing, microscopy, and more)
• Collaborate with a diverse team and provide verbal updates in a professional setting
• Prepare written summaries, data reports, trial updates, and documentation
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures and protocols
• Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to team success
• Manage tasks independently while meeting deadlines in a team-driven environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Preferred: Currently pursuing a degree in science or engineering, or prior lab technician experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of laboratory practices, scientific method, and data interpretation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
