YOUR IMPACT

Join OpenText as a Lead Solutions Consultant on our Business Network Mid-Market team and help customers digitize their supply chains and unlock the power of integration. In this highly consultative, pre-sales role, you'll work with prospects and clients across industries to design scalable cloud-based integration solutions involving ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, and API-driven architectures. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Engage directly with prospects and customers to understand business processes, technical environments, and integration needs

• Design and deliver scalable cloud integration solutions across ERP and eCommerce platforms including SAP, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Sage, Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart

• Lead discovery, technical architecture, and solution proposal efforts in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Professional Services

• Develop and present compelling product demonstrations and business value stories to both technical and executive audiences

• Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate, influencing product direction based on customer trends and feedback

• Architect repeatable, productized integration solutions for market scalability

• Support RFPs/RFIs, business case development, and implementation planning

• Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and collaboration between pre-sales and implementation teams

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• 5+ years of experience in software development, solution implementation, or pre-sales-ideally in B2B integration

• Strong expertise in EDI, APIs, and ERP integration across SaaS, on-premise, and iPaaS environments

• Familiarity with ERP platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, and Sage

• Working knowledge of integration protocols including REST and SOAP

• Excellent communication and consultative skills with the ability to connect technical solutions to business value

• Proven success working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-facing role

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio

SALARY STATEMENT
Compensation for this role is competitive and includes a base salary, performance-based incentives, and access to OpenText's comprehensive benefits and equity programs.
