Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Global L&D Lead and client stakeholders to translate strategic learning priorities into actionable implementation plans
  • Partner with client stakeholders to understand their unique business challenges and co-create targeted learning solutions
  • Strategically implement learning programs that align with both global L&D strategy and specific client objectives
  • Serve as the primary client liaison for assigned learning initiatives, building strong relationships and maintaining regular communication
  • Adapt global learning frameworks to meet local and business-specific needs while maintaining program integrity
  • Analyze business performance data with clients to identify development gaps and opportunities
  • Recommend appropriate learning solutions based on client context, audience needs, and business outcomes
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation process including planning, design coordination, delivery, and evaluation
  • Work consultatively with clients to measure program effectiveness and demonstrate business impact
  • Maintain and regularly update learning content, resources, and hub pages to ensure information remains current and relevant
  • Provide strategic insights to the Global L&D Lead based on client feedback and program outcomes
  • Lead and develop direct reports through effective coaching, performance management, and career development planning
  • Allocate resources and delegate responsibilities appropriately to optimize team productivity while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Instructional Design & Technology, and/or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Learning & Development or related area
  • Experience in a client-facing advisory or consulting capacity
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals
  • Understanding of business operations and ability to connect learning to performance outcomes
  • Strong learning management system experience (Cornerstone, internal LMS programs)
  • Proficiency with learning software and editing tools (Filmora, Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Anireel)
  • Proficiency with learning management systems and digital learning tools
  • Strong project management and solution implementation skills

Working Conditions

  • Primarily office-based in Seattle with hybrid work options
  • Flexibility to accommodate global time zones for client meetings and virtual program delivery

Estimated total compensation for this position:

143,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
