Job Overview

We are seeking a Community Manager to manage existing Client for Education programs. You will manage the day-to-day tasks for a variety of programs, communicating both with K-12 customers, our trusted partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure programs are understood and correctly used. You will also manage a number of internal processes related to Community and Partner management.

How You Make An Impact:

  • Monitor communities to ensure our users receive high-quality and timely responses to their questions and feedback
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback to identify trends and insights into users' needs and community health
  • Identify and share user success stories with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Manage Education Certified Innovator, Certified Trainer, and Professional Development Partners programs
  • Onboard and support Client Education community leaders
  • Assist with coordination for Global Adoption Programs team internal + external, in-person + virtual events
  • Utilizes deep understanding of the Client's messaging and collaboration products and experience with Computer hardware
  • Utilizes knowledge of education market needs, competition and latest industry news and trends

What You Need To Succeed:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent written ability; Strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented (and comfortable performing admin tasks including reporting)
  • Customer support experience
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects
  • Basic knowledge of G Suite for Education and Chromebooks


Compensation

Estimated Pay Range:

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
