Job Description The Real Estate Operations Specialist I is primarily responsible for asset related data entry, including: asset setup, maintenance and takedown on department database; process revenue and expenses in batch form and balance each batch and retrieve an edit validation report; pay close attention to detail and meet daily deadlines. How You'll Spend Your Time You will input data from coded invoices for payment and coded revenue checks for deposit relating to real estate assets You will process and review all monetary and maintenance transactions including set up, loan payments, advances, payoffs and takedown. You will verify detailed data entry for accuracy and completeness; retrieve balance reports and edit validation reports Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree or 3 years equivalent work related experience in data entry or basic accounting service. Basic knowledge of FIS and PetroData system preferred.
