Overview The Supplier Enablement & PTC Procurement Services Specialist is the primary administrator and liaison for Supply Chain managed global services for Procurement Card, Travel, and Insurance assessment, and ensures compliance with procurement policies and procedures for the Supply Chain organization at Con Edison.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations for Supply Chain managed global services including Procurement Card, Travel, and Insurance assessment. Core responsibilities include client enablement, customer service, quality reporting, process improvement, and issue resolution.
- Serve as the primary contact for Procurement Buyer related to contract management and sourcing, and act as the primary point of contact (POC) for supplier relationships.
- Maintain and upkeep the related Supply Chain Intranet pages related to Supply Chain managed global services.
- Receive and apply Agile training and apply Agile approach to all work practices to reduce cycle time and improve overall internal customer experience.
- Seek and apply real-time feedback from teammates, internal customers, and suppliers.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in Oracle EBS, KY3P, Tableau, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated applications.
- Process supplier certificates of insurance and full policy copies.
- Liaise with internal customers to ensure minimal disruption to customer service while coordinating with Supply Chain managers, buyers, business users, and other stakeholder teams to satisfy pending requests.
- Perform off-hour emergency buyer functions, some of which may require working extended or non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
- Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
Qualifications
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of related work experience.
Relevant Work Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc., required. Required
- Working experience with Oracle EBS or similar ERP, required. Required
- Knowledge of risk management strategies, preferred. Preferred
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Rapid Results work practices, preferred. Preferred
- Knowledge of Con Edison operating knowledge, preferred. Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- Driver's License Required

Additional Physical Demands
- The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
