The Role

The Talent Acquisition Senior Operations Analyst is responsible for driving process improvement and automation across global recruitment operations. Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations, you will leverage data analytics, industry research, and stakeholder input to enhance TA service delivery. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for process standardization, improving efficiency, and implementing solutions. You will collaborate across People & Culture functions to document standard operating procedures (SOPs), build and maintain a comprehensive training and knowledge library, and improve the User experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director, Talent Acquisition Operations to document, refine, and establish global talent acquisition processes, including requirements gathering, leading user design sessions and using Lean Six Sigma tools to identify and prioritize efforts.
  • Serve as a Workday subject matter expert for global Talent Acquisition teams, defining our roadmap of enhancements in partnership with the Workday team. Manage streamlined process for day-to-day questions and issues.
  • Manage a portfolio of vendors such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, HireRight, Circa, etc.
  • Ensure global teams are employing best in class processes and establish ongoing governance in partnership with global TA leadership.
  • Identify and document reporting and/or dashboard needs.
  • Monitor errors and defects in process or tools to identify root cause issues. Partner with Workday and IT teams to resolve/implement improvements.
  • Collaborate across COE's to minimize organizational silos, integrate future state plans, and streamline communications.
  • Engage with regional and in-country recruiting to provide guidance, share programs and tools to connect COE strategy with TA execution.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in specific areas of TA or HR operations which include but are not limited to talent acquisition technology, candidate/manager experience and data insights and analytics.
  • Proficiency working with a wide variety of tools, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Proven success in identifying, designing and implementing process improvement; good command of data and analytics.
  • Ability to present data to key stakeholders, establishing credibility and building trust with team and internal clients.
  • Great verbal, written, and data-oriented communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Total Cash Compensation Range

$92,525.00 - 157,275.00 USD Annual

Inclusive of annual base salary and target incentive
