This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.

All About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Digital Graphic Designer to create visually compelling digital content across web, email, and advertising platforms that elevate our brand and enhance the online shopping experience. In this role, you'll collaborate with D2C, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive and impactful creative execution across all touchpoints. You bring a strong portfolio, a refined creative eye, and the ability to think both strategically and operationally. You're adaptable, organized, and skilled at scaling campaign concepts across multiple assets and screen sizes. With strong communication and problem-solving skills, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to deliver results that make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative assets for our branded websites, email, digital ads, and social media

  • Push creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity

  • Develop the look and feel of promotions, seasonal campaigns and evergreen digital marketing assets

  • Translate D2C strategies into visually appealing graphics that drive engagement and conversion

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop all digital assets needed for our D2C promotions

  • Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics across all digital touchpoints and ensure creatives align with business goals

  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing shifting priorities while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

  • Confidently present and articulate design concepts and creative decisions to key stakeholders

  • Implement feedback quickly to iterate on creative concepts

  • Learn and understand our key audience to ensure designs resonate with them

  • Stay up to date with design trends, best practices, and latest technological advancements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of experience in consumer-driven companies or agencies

  • Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, and Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of digital best practices; familiarity with basic web design and UX/UI principles
