CLA is currently seeking an Tax Senior to join our growing team in either of our Bellevue, Tacoma or Lacey offices!

As an Tax Senior you will:

  • Prepare or review tax returns for individuals and organizations
  • Research tax questions, offers suggestions for tax planning, and study law for potential tax savings.
  • Efficiently prepare and/or review complex individual and business tax returns that are complete and accurate.
  • Identify tax issues and prepare recommendations while working on client tax projects.
  • Provide support and leverage to team members and others on engagements. Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
  • Support execution of engagement responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate personal productivity by working efficiently and effectively.
  • Engage in business development opportunities and achieve appropriate business development goals.
  • Build solid, effective client relationships.

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in professional accounting, finance, or related field required.
  • You have or are eligible to sit for the CPA license, preferred.

  • You have a knack for solving issues and confidently bring solutions to the table.

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range. For Washington, the range for this position is $78,000 to $133,000.
