Description and Requirements Description and Requirements We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Logistics Digitalization Transformation Specialist to support our Digital Transformation team. This role will be pivotal in driving the adoption of digital technologies and processes to enhance our end-to-end Logistics operation, and also understand the Global Supply Chain (GSG) Key Responsibilities * Responsible for Global Logistics Business strategy and business process design and optimization support across Global Supply Chain (GSC), and especially have more knowledge about warehouse management * Design system blueprint and solutions that align with the To-Be Logistics business strategic and operational model. * Identify and address challenges and opportunities in business and IT platforms. * Coordinate cross-functionally with other business teams to align end-to-end process improvements and represent the GSC team. * Collaborate with IT teams to deliver testing, drive move to production and go-live. * Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain ongoing communication. * Support continuous change and CI/CD processes for Logistics globally. * Leverage industrial best practices for digital transformation. * Advocate for use of AI and drive adoption. Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations, IT, or a related field. * 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics Digital Transformation. * 3+ years of experience with SAP S4 HANA or EWMS Preferred Qualifications * 3-5 years of experience with full-cycle initiatives with SAP S4 LE/WM/TM/MM, SAP EWMS, GTS, and especially SAP EWMS * Prior experience developing and implementing self-development logistics solutions. In global chain projects with a track record of delivery process or system improvements in Logistics. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders. * Proven ability to identify business process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions. * Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment. * Experience implementing automation leveraging AI is a plus. The base salary budgeted range for this position is $95-115k. Individuals may also be considered for a bonus and/or commission. This position is a hybrid 3 days/week at our Morrisville, NC, location.
