Role Summary

As the HPC Solutions Program Manager, you will serve as the operational and strategic enablement backbone of the HPC Solution Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about both technology and business execution. You will orchestrate key business processes, drive internal alignment, and ensure the seamless execution of strategic initiatives. From managing financial reviews and pipeline health to coordinating global events and partner engagements, you will be the trusted business enabler to the HPC Solution Director and a central driver of the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Business Management System (BMS) cadence, including inputs from global teams and alignment with executive dashboards.
• Manage Market Development Fund (MDF) activities across the HPC solution space, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and full recovery.
• Lead regular reviews with Geo teams to ensure pipeline accuracy, backlog health, and data quality.
• Partner with finance to review and validate HPC financials during quarterly close cycles.
• Support the planning and execution of the EveryScale User Forum, SC and ISC conferences, and other strategic events.
• Oversee procurement activities related to the benchmarking system and environment, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
• Act as the operational and strategic partner to the HPC Solution Director, supporting decision-making and execution across all fronts.
• Coordinate with analysts, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to represent the HPC Solution Team in local and global forums.
• Create compelling PowerPoint presentations and messaging for internal and external audiences to elevate the HPC story.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience with Excel: Advanced modeling, pivot tables, Power Query, and automation.
• At least 5 years experience with Power BI: Dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling, and integration with enterprise data sources.
• Strong PowerPoint skills: Ability to craft executive-ready presentations with clear storytelling and visual impact.
• Prior experience with business operations, financial metrics, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and drive insights.
