Description and Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Transformation Business Process Design Analyst to support our Digital Transformation team.This role will be pivotal in driving the adoption of digital technologies and processes to enhance our end-to-end Global Supply Chain (GSG) for the PC & Smart Device Business Group (PCG) and Manufacturing Operations (MFG).

Key Responsibilities

  • As the interface person of the PCG E2E DT team in North America (NA), maintain close contact and communication with the NA GSC business and management team.
  • Lead and participate in NA GSC supply chain-related projects: NA Migration and PPS.
  • Support Global Supply Chain business process redevelopment and solution design.
  • Implement and support supply chain system solutions related to NA data privacy.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with finance and other business teams to align end-to-end process improvements and represent the GSC team.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to deliver technical solutions for GSC processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain ongoing communication with finance teams to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Advocate for use of AI and drive adoption.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Services.
  • 3+ years of experience in global chain projects with a track record of delivery process or system improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both finance and non-supply chain stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to identify business process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
  • Experience in designing business solutions and evaluating technical feasibility in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Solid understanding of financial digital transformation practices, key technologies, and solutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience implementing automations leveraging AI a plus.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $105-135k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This position is hybrid 3days/wk at our Morrisville, NC location.
