What We DoAssists Disbursement Officers to ensure timely and effective communications and the processing of disbursement of construction draws, maintaining compliance with the specific requirements of each disbursing project.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Provide support within a functional area, assisting Construction Disbursement Officers to ensure timely and effective completion of draw review and disbursement.
  • Assist with responding to and tracking new project inquiries for the team.
  • Monitor and support shared email inboxes with timely responses.
  • Serve as the direct out-of-office contact for managers, directing inquiries to the proper party for resolution.
  • Input project data and documents, including new project and draw information, into Company systems.
  • Assemble, log, and review mechanic's lien waivers.
  • Update and distribute reports to management as needed (interoffice invoicing, new inquiries, etc.).
  • Prepare and process invoices.
  • Professionally interact with customers, via email and calls, with timely and informative responses.
  • Create and track invoices.
  • Work with the team to ensure all disbursing procedures are followed and tracked, as applicable.
  • Support review and completion of action items for monthly reports (trial balances, outstanding check logs, etc.).
  • Actively contribute to the results of the team and work toward achieving goals and objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Familiarity with real estate, banking, and/or title industry
  • Experience with reporting and administrative support

Pay Range: $19.82-$26.43 hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
