External applications will be accepted on a rolling basis while the position remains open. Work Location This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in West Bend, Madison or Appleton, WI. Responsibilities & Qualifications Summary of Responsibilities Manage Workers Compensation Medical Only/low complexity claims with supervision and guidance from the manager utilizing current Claims technology. Conduct thorough investigations in order to determine coverage and claim payment amounts owed. Responsibilities also include proactive file management, adequate reserving, and participating in training activities. Key Responsibilities
