Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Financial Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and delivering financial products and solutions tailored to individual and business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative sales approaches.
- Conduct financial needs assessments and offer tailored recommendations.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, regulations, and products.
- Collaborate with internal teams including account executives, sales support, etc.
- Maintain accurate records in systems and prepare regular sales reports.
- Attend industry networking events, client meetings, and professional development training.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to source, contact, conduct presentations, conduct financial marketing, negotiate, close sales, and meet established quotas.
- Confirmed ability to establish, maintain and retain loyal relationships while successfully managing service requirements of clients is critical for success in this position.
- Developed multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detail orientation are key to success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work extended hours.
- Self-provided transportation with appropriate licenses and insurance for making sales and services calls is required.

Education and/or Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of successful outside/direct sales experience, preferably in financial industry.
- Sales and account management experience in the particular geography/territory is preferred.
- Established customer (business unit, senior and executive management) relationships are preferred.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred. An emphasis on Business or Information Technology disciplines is preferred.
