What You'll Do * Review and make decisions across a variety of mortgage loan types-including FHA * Scrutinize applications and documents for accuracy and completeness * Collaborate with clients to finalize documentation and resolve issues * Partner with compliance teams to uphold federal, state, and local regulations * Deliver timely, well-reasoned approvals or denials * Embody company values and contribute to our culture of excellence Work Schedule Monday-Friday \| 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch) What You Bring * In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry * Proven experience in underwriting and credit review * Strong communication and client-facing skills * Proficiency in automated underwriting systems * Understanding of key regulations, including the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act * High school diploma required; expert-level experience preferred Must-Have Skills Core SkillsBonus PointsMortgage UnderwritingFHA Loan ExperienceCredit ReviewRegulatory KnowledgeCommunicationDecision-Making Accuracy If you're an expert underwriter seeking a role where your judgment powers smart lending, apply now and become the force behind our trusted mortgage solutions! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
