You will be part of the SME&C Customer Success Unit (CSU) Team that helps Customers & Partners build, operate and deploy healthy and resilient businesses solutions on the Microsoft cloud. This is achieved through direct to customer Success Services in the form of Microsoft Unified, along with invested and through Partner support and success services. We are looking for a highly collaborative Director, Partner Strategy to support SME&C CSU's current and forward-looking business goals, specifically relative to the evolution of how we evolve and operate our delivery practices for through partner consumption & support success services. ResponsibilitiesEngage with Unified Offerings/GTM teams to provide feedback and recommendations for the evolution of Unified Support for partnersLead the creation and oversight of the pilot deployment strategy for onboarding SME&C Corporate Partners to Unified Support for Partners from Premier Support for Partners (PSFP) Collaborate with GPS & Channel teams to build appropriate accountability and orchestration mechanisms to support post commit partner execution and improvementLead the ongoing Business RoB for Partner Success execution and be the accountable leader for global execution and outcomes Build and Expand our vendor partner CSA & DCSA supplier strategy including ongoing execution governance and management of outsourced contracts Partner with the STU to ensure that we have a cohesive Sales & Delivery strategy to accelerate partner execution and outcomesOtherEmbody our Culture and Values
