About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong background in RCM operations, and is passionate about leading teams, optimizing performance metrics, and delivering exceptional client service. What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of RCM professionals
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including billing, cash posting, and charge entry
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
  • Monitor and analyze key revenue cycle KPIs (e.g., A/R aging, denials, credit balances) and drive performance improvements
  • Create and maintain advanced Excel reports to track trends, identify issues, and support strategic decisions
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with business goals
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, provide training, and foster engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support P&L goals and operational efficiency
  • Escalate and resolve client issues with professionalism and urgency

What You Bring

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in medical billing, cash posting, and charge entry
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a revenue cycle management setting
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of revenue cycle KPIs and analytics
  • Knowledge of behavioral or post-acute healthcare industry
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Commitment to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality

Preferred:

  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or similar certification
