About the Role:

About The Role:

The Partner Solutions Manager leads efforts in developing new and existing partnerships with enterprise and institutional accounts, outside of the traditional brick and mortar 4-year university. The PSM is responsible for supporting Wiley Courseware subscription growth via evangelism of proven zyBooks & Wiley products and services coupled with the ability to uncover, understand and articulate how zyBooks and Wiley products can support each institution's unique structure, workflows and goals for learner success. The PSM is also responsible for supporting retention across Wiley products in use with their institutional accounts. In this role, the PSM will take over existing relationships as well as develop new and impactful relationships across complex organizations.

Due to the unique nature of working with partners that deliver fully online learning at scale, the PSM role will need to have a level of comfort when scoping custom projects and creating new solutions, while effectively managing expectations across all necessary internal and external parties. This role will have a high degree of interaction and collaboration within the New Markets team as well as various teams within zyBooks and Wiley's broader organization.The position will require occasional national travel with anticipated time on the road projected at 5-10%. The Partner Solutions Manager will report to the Director of Partner Solutions for New Markets.

How you will make an impact:

  • Expand business within existing partner institutions, fostering key relationships with decision makers across the organization.

  • Establish new institutional partners, including the discovery, agreement, business model, technical integration and support structure.

  • Discover and network with decision makers, and potentially attend conferences.

  • Establish success criteria with new opportunities and accounts, working closely with New Markets teammates on course development and overall account management.

  • Continuously seek ways to help improve and support learner success with zyBooks and Wiley Courseware products.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Industry experience in ed tech and/or higher education publishing required.

  • Creative problem solving skills .

  • Experience working with complex organizations.

  • Relationship management.

  • Proficient in Google Suite & MS Office Suite.

  • Familiar with learning technology and able to demonstrate functionality.

  • Experience working with custom projects.

  • Ability and willingness to use video conferencing & screen sharing technology.

  • Time and schedule management.

  • Able to manage a wide range of customer personalities well.

  • Effective leadership internally to complete projects for customers.

  • Travel approximately 5-10% a year.

The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the United Kingdom, Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
