Logistics Coordinator - Santa Monica Operations Team This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role located in Santa Monica, CA, with potential to convert to full-time employment. Summary We are looking for a very enthusiastic logistics coordinator who can be under a strict NDA with one of our clients, able to work in the Santa Monica office 5 days a week 9:30am - 6:00pm. This role will support day-to-day operations and ensure the efficient flow of goods across multiple channels. This role will help manage inbound and outbound shipments, vendor relationships, and supply planning while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Our Ideal Candidate 1-2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain coordination Passion for streamlining processes and ensuring operational efficiency Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, order management systems, and logistics tracking tools Familiar with shipment scheduling platforms, reporting systems, and documentation processes Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and fulfillment centers Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement Job Description In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation of inbound and outbound shipments. You'll partner with fulfillment centers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and compliance with operational standards. This includes managing shipment documentation, monitoring KPIs, reporting logistics performance, and supporting vendor onboarding and compliance. You will also assist with supply purchasing, vendor relationship management, and special projects as assigned, supporting the operations team's overall success and efficiency. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred) Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or distribution preferred Background in consumer products, retail operations, or e-commerce is a plus Additional Requirements Please include your resume when applying. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
