Waste Connections has an opening for a Accounting Adminin St. Paul OR Ramsey, Minnesota.

Seeking a highly qualified Accounting Admin for a successful, growing company in a work hard, play hard culture!

Pay dependent on location and experience- $20-27/hour DOE

Duties & Responsibilities:

• May directly assist the Division VP and Division Controller in administrative duties.
• Promote Waste Connections standard operating procedures, which assure efficient environmentally correct and safe workplace practices.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Perform data entry.
• Demonstrate effective use of software applications, at a minimum MS Word and Excel proficient.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

Working Conditions & Physical Effort:

• Work environment is a comfortable office setting. Areas are clean, ventilated, and well lighted.
• Works with various management personnel outside of main office

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Two years of office accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and email.
• Typing skills and ten key skills are required.
• Excellent organization and communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to manage time and multiple tasks throughout the day.
