Role Summary Provide support and guidance related to Finance, Trade and Sales expenses, IT/Siebel/SAP/Customer Profitability initiatives, and financial forecasts to ensure functional access, process execution, and accurate reporting. Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Manage Brokerage reporting and reconciliation to ensure accurate recording.
    • Maintain SAP rate tables
    • Facilitate monthly brokerage payments,
    • Track Bonus Brokerage performance metrics
    • Maintain monthly Brokerage forecasts providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
  • Reconcile ledger activity and prepare/book relevant accounting entries for Brokerage, SGA, and related Trade accounts.
  • Partner with Finance, Field Sales, and business partners to process/facilitate Sales-related payments to 3rd party vendors.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with SOX controls and CHD policies and procedures.
  • Partner with Deduction Management team to support implementation of corrective action when necessary.
  • Prepare documentation and provide support for internal and external audits related to Sales and Sales Finance payments and processes.
  • Support SG&A actualization and forecasting for Sales teams. Facilitate reporting to integrate results into Customer Profitability.
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Finance, and IT partners to administer customer/broker alignments in Siebel/THOR, identify and remediate reconciliation issues, and support THOR enhancement projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Accounting, A/R) to optimize business process execution.
  • Participate in SAP/S4Hana upgrades and Power User forums.
  • Ad-hoc analysis for ongoing Sales, Sales Finance, and cross-functional projects.
Education and Experience
  • BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university required

  • 3-5 years' experience in Finance/Accounting or Sales/Trade Finance

  • Experience in a CPG environment preferred.

  • Microsoft Excel experience required.

  • Power BI, Siebel and SAP a plus.

  • Strong IT acumen

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $58,500 - 83,300. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
