Spectral Instructor, Mid

Key Role:

Develop and deliver a variety of training programs to live audiences. Provide stand-up classroom and virtual instruction. Apply specific functional expertise in spectral imagery with a focus on Multispectral Imagery (MSI), Hyperspectral Imagery (HSI), or Polarmetric Imagery (PI). Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, if needed. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of junior employees, if needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in working with or instructing MSI
• Experience with ENVI or ERDAS Imagine
• Ability to instruct classroom sizes of 20+ students both in person and virtually
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time to instruct classes 1-2 weeks at a time
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with instruction, or 6+ years of experience with instruction in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with HSI, PI, and AGITK

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
