Organizational Transformation Specialist

This is an opportunity to create effectiveness and efficiency across defense and military intelligence organizations. As an organizational transformation specialist for the U.S. Space Force, you'll use your expertise to support the development of an optimization roadmap that you then lead implementation for. Your actions will create streamlined processes, consolidated workflows, and enhanced designs that support decision advantage.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with business process optimization and user adoption

• 3+ years of experience with performing Action Officer functions in the U.S. military

• 3+ years of experience with briefing superior officers or senior leaders within the defense enterprise

• 3+ years of experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with developing or updating Memorandums of Agreement, Memorandums of Understanding, Host Tenant Support Agreements, Organizational Change Requests, Unit Manning Documents, or Unit Personnel Management Rosters

• Experience with identifying processes for automation

• Experience with developing in Microsoft Power Applications

• Experience with developing in Microsoft SharePoint

• TS/SCI clearance

• Master's degree

• Process Improvement, Agile, or Performance ManagementCertification

Clearance:
