Major Areas of Accountability:



  • Perform physical analysis in support of requests related to yield, process development, fab excursions, reliability failures and customer returns.
  • Manage high volume job requests w include SEM, FIB, TEM and analytical analysis.
  • Maintain the day-to-day lab operations within the Imaging group.
  • Communicate with requestors on job requirements and interpret results.
  • Summarize and present results in a report and presenting v
  • Ensure all lab instrumentation and equipment is operational.
  • Schedule necessary PMs on imaging tools to follow Audit requirements.
  • Be able to work in a team environment and share tools with other team members.



Required Qualifications:


Education: 2 Year Technical/associate's degree in science, Math, Engineering, Semi-Conductor Manufacturing or a related discipline or equivalent military training / work experience.


Experience:



  • 5+ years' experience with electron imaging tools and techniques including SEM, FIB, TEM and EDX.
  • Familiar with the Semiconductor process flow.
  • Tool ownership experience performing minor troubleshooting tool issues
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and oral presentation with good communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
