Shipping Lead: Responsible for the coordination and completion of the outbound shipping process of finished goods to its' respective customers, which includes the use of a computer-generated system. Reports to the Active Shipping Supervisor.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

*Must have previous experience in a distribution facility

*Some basic computer skills/knowledge

*Some knowledge of shipping

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:

*Job may require weekends and long hours during peak season

*Must be organized

*Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

*Ability to lift at least 35 lbs.

*Ability to read, write, and understand English

*Good interpersonal skills

*Ability to walk for an 8-hour workday

*Reasoning skills and attention to detail

HOURS:

1st Shift: Hours will be 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some daily overtime and work on Saturdays may be required, when necessary.
