Summary: Join our dedicated rehabilitation team as an OccupationalTherapist I - Per Diem, where you will play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility, restore function, and improve their overall quality of life. This position is based in aSkilled Nursing Facility, providing you with the opportunity to work closely with a diverse patient population in a supportive and collaborative care environment. This is a professional-level role focused on the evaluation of patient disabilities and the planning and delivery of individualized physical therapy treatments. Responsibilities include completing thorough documentation, providing education to patients, families, and students, and contributing to clinical program development and departmental initiatives. All treatments are physician-prescribed, and work is performed under general supervision, allowing for autonomy and clinical judgment within a structured framework.
