This position supports our Calibration Solutions business. Our Calibration Solutions portfolio uses the principles of advanced metrology to enable customers to measure and calibrate critical parameters in applications such as Environmental and Process Monitoring, Dialysis, Gas Flow, Air Quality, and Torque Testing. Job Summary A Field Service Technician II is primarily responsible for performing installation, maintenance, routine and/or emergency service on our centralized temperature and vital parameters monitoring systems at customer sites. He/she would have intermediate to expert level product knowledge across one or multiple product platforms. He/she will report to customer sites to perform various types of field service tasks as scheduled by the project management team. He/she will have the ability to complete any project regardless of size, scope, and complexity. He/she will be responsible for pre-sale customer walkthroughs as directed by management. He/she will report directly to the Field Service Supervisor. Duties/Responsibilities
