Distribution Clerk and Logistics Coordinator

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and organize materials safely and efficiently
• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments with accuracy and urgency
• Communicate directly with customers-providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
• Manage shipping/receiving documentation and maintain accurate logistics records
• Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and correctly
• Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to manage freight flow and inventory
• Lead and support warehouse staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, and support audits

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in data entry and warehouse systems (MS Office preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail
