Regional Market Development Manager The Regional Market Development Manager facilitates program growth in assigned region(s) through data analysis, relationship management, and community outreach. This individual provides regional leadership with actionable analysis of patient admissions data and actively seeks out opportunities for growth with new and existing referral sources. Essential Functions
- Monitor and analyze admissions data on a weekly basis to identify and interpret trends, patterns and opportunities to support patient census growth; this includes making recommendations to attract new patients and identifying potential causes of, and ways to mitigate, patient transfers.
- Actively manage and own relationships with internal physician partners and external medical providers in the community, identifying and addressing any potential barriers to referrals and admissions and increasing awareness of IRC in the medical community.
- Outreach to hospitals, physicians and health systems to establish relationships and create new potential referral sources for in-center, home programs, and other opportunities.
- Support dialysis facilities and programs with marketing needs and initiatives, acting as a liaison between the facility/program and corporate Marketing team.
- May support processing admissions as needed for timely admission.
- Partner with regional leadership on other initiatives and projects as needed.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of proven success in healthcare, marketing or business development, with at least two years of leadership experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Advanced excel and data analysis skills; full proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
