Job Description

Our Finance Velocity Office was designed to accelerate our path to building a world-class finance function. The Manager, Finance Planning Center of Excellence (COE) - Playbook and Processes will play a key role in shaping and executing the overall strategy for the Finance Planning COE. Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance Planning COE - Playbook and Processes, this individual will be responsible for driving alignment across planning domains and the development and implementation of standardized planning processes, methodologies, and playbooks across the organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Process Standardization and Governance

    Create and implement standardized planning processes and methodologies across the organization, including centralized revenue planning. Maintain planning logic playbooks to ensure consistency in planning activities across regions and business units.

  • Quality Control and Continuous Improvement

    Drive continuous improvement in planning methodologies and tools, including advanced modeling techniques.

  • Innovation and Best Practices

    Lead initiatives to modernize and optimize planning capabilities, including revenue driver analysis and statistical risk assessment.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    Ensure alignment and integration across various planning domains (e.g., revenue, workforce, general finance).

  • Performance Monitoring and Adaptive Planning

    Contribute to the development of agile planning strategies that enable rapid adaptation of processes in response to shifts in the business environment, evolving market conditions, and changing organizational priorities.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

Strong understanding of financial planning processes, methodologies, and best practices

Proficiency in financial planning tools and technologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 124,600.00 to 180,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
