Job Details:
Mercer University is searching for a Data Entry Assistant in Macon, GA.

Responsibilities:

The Data Entry Assistant will support the daily operations of the South Georgia Healthy Start (SGHS) program by managing and organizing both physical and electronic files that contain protected health information, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations. This position will be responsible for entering and organizing data from various demographic, social, and health-related assessments accurately and efficiently. The Data Entry Assistant will be expected to stay current with relevant training, and may assist with process improvements and data-related initiatives within the program.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED and prior experience with Microsoft office are required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to complete tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize, manage, and maintain the integrity of physical and electronic records.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to follow procedures and support process improvements.
  • Willingness to complete required training and stay current on program protocols.
